SATELLITE is Sushi Train’s company magazine which is distributed to all our stores, head offices and central kitchens in both Australia and New Zealand. It contains a selection of articles about our shops and current events in Australia and Japan. Since I joined Sushi Train in 2014, I’ve been in charge of designing the magazine. All articles are printed in both English and Japanese so I occasionally help with translating as well :)
